By using Banana Sync, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
You may use this service solely to manage and sync product data to Shopee Thailand. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorised use of your account.
We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
The Free plan is available at no cost. The Pro plan is billed monthly (฿99) or annually (฿499). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
