Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Banana Sync or continuing to checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.


2. Use of Service

Banana Sync may be used only to manage and sync product data to Shopee Thailand. You must not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights.


3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Banana Sync offers Free, Small, Medium, and Large plans. Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown in the billing UI or at Stripe checkout.


4. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Refunds

Upgrades may be charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades are not prorated, and prior charges are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing.


5. SKU Limits and Export Restrictions

SKU limits apply by plan. If your account is unpaid, canceled, or downgraded and exceeds the enforced SKU limit, Shopee export generation may be blocked until billing is restored or SKU usage is reduced.


6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and payment details accurate and secure, and for all activity performed through your account.


7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or fail to maintain billing required for your selected plan.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
